I have headcanons for what each Clone High character would be as an animal. Why? Because Im silly AND I can't stop thinking about Beastars or instincts au. 😱 I wanted it to reflect their historical figure because they’d still be clones just like… an animal version.
I might post a different one with side characters/additional ones bla bla bla YEAH. Tell me your thoughts

I wish more people shipped it, so I took it upon myself to make the first (ish?) ever ship fanart of these two.
This one song, Hirogaru Namida had a strong vibe of the ship, which describes a person in the rain seeing a girl out in the rain without an umbrella. So I made the fanart off of the song. Hope you enjoy!

As a fellow anorexic who headcanons him with an eating disorder anyway (though more so ARFID), I can tell you there are very thin people who still do have a belly. It all comes down to fat distribution and general body form! He looks to me to have scrawny limbs and face but a noticeable belly and butt, pretty much a pear shape. I think a swollen abdomen can also be a sign of malnutrition but I might not go that far (even if the show joked about it before).
The wording choice was odd because it implies there are no anorexic people with a fat distribution around the belly (which I have!) but I don't think they had ill intent.
I think he's clearly meant to be unhealthy anyway, already with his extremely pale skin? So malnourished isn't out of the question.
In the end however it is a cartoon and he can be drawn however you like, make him chubby if you want.

I agree with the pear body shape thing, he definitely seems to have one, and he already appears pretty unhealthy. Pale skin and signs of malnutrition.
Im an anorexic guy who still has a noticeable belly, and i wish people would kinda think of fat distribution more before saying dumb shit like the og post. Clearly topher has a noticeable belly but the rest of his body is pretty small.
I just wish people wouldnt randomly bring up eating disorders when theres words you can use instead, its unnecessary. In the end, who cares if someone draws him skinny or chubby. It really doesnt matter.
It’s weird how normalized it is to say someone looks anorexic when you can just easily say skinny. Although to be fair I used to be guilty of this as a kid, just grew out of it.
But really, you wouldn’t say someone “looks schizophrenic” would you? Kind of the same principle here.

I’ve been considering to project my weight issues on Topher and/or Sergei on my fanfic for a while, but this post finally encouraged me to do so.
I’m not anorexic, but my ADHD medication completely ruined my eating habits forever and I ended up being underweight and weak. I want to write one of them (or maybe both) finding confort and being happy with their own body. Man, dysmorphia is a bitch…
I designed Topher and Sergei in their late 20’s! There is not a time-skip in my fanfic yet, but I just couldn’t take the idea out of my head.
I hope they look old enough, tho, ‘cause I intend to explore their sexualities in the time-skip sequel (please don’t break my neck).
